What’s On for Mums – Terms & Conditions

Denita Danielle Ltd, trading as What’s On for Mums (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a platform for sharing curated events, workshops, services, and experiences for families and businesses.
By using the platform, submitting content, booking advertising, or joining groups/events, you agree to the following:
1. Scope
- The Company hosts events, listings, and community content.
- Businesses or service providers may submit listings, promotions, or events only via the Company.
- The Company moderates all content and reserves the right to remove anything deemed inappropriate.
2. Community & Group Participation
- Members must follow group rules.
- Businesses may not post directly in community channels; all content must be submitted to the Company for posting.
- By remaining in the group, members agree to follow rules and accept that the Company cannot be held liable for advice or interactions in the group.
3. Liability & No Guarantee
- All events, services, or promotions are hosted by third parties.
- The Company is not liable for personal injury, financial loss, or disputes arising from events or services.
- Participation is at members’ own risk.
- The Company does not guarantee outcomes, including attendance, sales, or engagement.
4. Insurance & Safeguarding
- Businesses, service providers, and stall holders must maintain insurance, DBS checks (if applicable), and safeguarding policies.
- Non-compliance may result in content removal or exclusion from events.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Paid listings, advertising, or stall bookings must be paid in advance.
- Deposits are non-refundable once content is posted or space allocated.
6. Intellectual Property
- Content submitted remains the property of the submitter, but the Company has a non-exclusive license to display it.
- Platform content, branding, and materials remain the property of Denita Danielle Ltd.
7. Indemnity
- Users and businesses agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their content, events, or participation.
8. Privacy & GDPR
- Personal data is collected and processed according to the Privacy Policy.
- Members consent to use of data for event management, communications, and promotions.
9. Governing Law
- Terms are governed by England and Wales law.
- Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
These terms make both sites legally much stronger and protect you against liability, while clearly setting responsibilities for users, businesses, and clients.
