Moment for Me Sundays, hosted by The Honeybunch Community, is a 30-minute online self-care and reflection session exclusively for Virtual Village members. Part of the wider Virtual Village community, a free online support network for mums funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, these sessions are designed to encourage pause, mindfulness, and self-compassion in a safe and nurturing space.
Held monthly via Zoom and hosted by Dr Joyti, a qualified psychotherapist with training in counselling, psychotherapy, and yoga, each session combines guided mindfulness, gentle reflective exercises, and supportive group connection.
